GLO receptor baseflow v01

Abstract

The dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme from multiple source datasets. The source datasets are identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.

The dataset consists of three shapefiles showing the extent of the alluvial model which contributes baseflow to the rivers. There are seperate files for the Avon and Karuah rivers and a merged version containing both river's shapes.

Dataset History

Shapefiles representing the extent of alluvium in the Gloucester Alluvial model were extracted for the Karuah and Avon Rivers. These were combined using the ArcGIS "Merge" function to create a shapefile covering the extent of the Gloucester subregion.
