Manual of sedimentary structures

This manual of sedimentary structures is not intended to be an exhaustive compendium of all that is currently known about sedimentary structures. Rather we have conceived of it as an aid, for use in the field and the laboratory, in the identification and description of sedimentary structures in both outcrop and core, and their application to the problem of reconstructing ancient depositional environments.
