Mineral network analysis for heavy minerals Shiny R code

The purposes of this web application – MNA4HM – are (1) visualisation, and (2) data analysis of the results of the Heavy Mineral Map of Australia (HMMA) project, which is part of the Exploring for the Future program funded by the Australian Government. The application allows rapid discovery of relationships in both the multi-dimensional mineralogy space (dozens to hundreds of mineral species) and the 2D geographical space. The application is built using the ‘Shiny’ web application framework R package.
